Meet the Staff

Kevin Conroy

Kevin was born in Mineola, NY, and lived most of his life in Virginia. Prior to moving to Arizona in 1997, Kevin also lived in Georgia and Massachusetts. He joined Allen Endodontics as Practice Administrator in 2005. Prior to that he had a twenty year career in corporate finance as a specialist in commercial equipment leasing. Kevin has held upper management positions in companies such as AT&T Capital Leasing and Wells Fargo Financial Leasing.

Kevin has helped lead Allen Endodontics to develop and acquire new technologies which help us to better serve our patients and referring dental offices. He shares Dr. Allen’s vision of a high-tech, paperless environment while at the same time delivering a high-touch, caring treatment environment for our patients.

Kevin will continue to be responsible for the strategic direction of the practice as well as play an integral role with front office staff as our patients’ first contact with our office. Kevin enjoys leveraging his experiences in big business and apply the same concepts to our dental practice.

Kevin and his wife live in Scottsdale and have four children who are now young adults.

Suzanna Salas

Suzie is a native of Yuma, AZ.  Upon graduation from High School in 1987, she moved to Phoenix.  Suzie graduated from Bryman College in 1989 and has been in the dental field ever since.

Suzie has experience in periodontics, oral surgery and endodontics.  She joined Allen Endodontics in November 2007.  Suzie is bi-lingual and assists with our spanish speaking patients.

Suzie has been married for 20 years and has two children that are active in both sports and dance.  In addition to cheering for her favorite sports teams, Suzie enjoys spending time with her kids and helping her local church group. 

Debbie Wray

Debbie is married to a wonderful husband and together they have five children and two grandchildren. She started in general dentistry in 1979 and transitioned to endodontics in 1999. Over the years, Debbie has learned to assist the doctor and patients in unique and caring ways. She finds great pleasure in helping people get better. Giving comfort, educating and helping people overcome their fears are all parts of why Debbie chose the field of dentistry as a career.

Debbie greatly enjoys community service. She has gone to pre-schools, kindergarten classes and middle schools to help spread the message to youth about the importance of oral hygiene.

Debbie is a devoted wife and mother. She loves nature, music and the arts. Religion is what gives her a foundation for bettering herself and giving service to others. Each day, she hopes to make each day brighter, by helping her fellow man.

Debbie has been a dental assistant for Dr. Allen since 2001. 

Savannah Allen

Savannah was born in Scottsdale and has lived in AZ on and off for the majority of her life. She is currently enrolled in the dental assisting program at Rio Salado College. Savannah began working for Allen Endodontics in July of 2009.

Her favorite part of working in the dental field is having the opportunity to help others and learning something new every day on the job. In her spare time Savannah enjoys hanging out with her cat, Patchouli, cooking, and listening to music.

Susan Parker

Susan is one of the voices you will hear when you contact our practice..  As one of our scheduling coordinators Susan can assist in appointing you with any of our providers in both of our locations. She is an Arizona Native who has spent half her life working in dentistry.  Additionally her role is as our insurance administrator. Susan will assure that all claims are processed knowledgeably so that you are provided the maximum benefits in a timely manner. Susan’ calming , compassionate demeanor is welcoming & gracious providing a superior patient experience.

Susan volunteers on behalf of animal rescue shelters  & often  fosters homeless pets. Creating collage; books; cards in addition to tending her rose garden keeps her happy while busy. Susan’s artistic husband encourages her creative spirit while indulging her weakness for helpless animals, the perfect match.

Susan Parker Tate

Winston

Winston is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who has become our office mascot. He had his first birthday this past July 15th. His sweet, loving disposition helps to calm the nerves and fears of patients who visit our office with any kind of apprehension about endodontic therapy. He has had many offers to leave us and go home with other people, but so far he chooses to stick around. Next time you visit, feel free to say hello to Winston.
