Practice Profile

The Allen Endodontic Group was established in 2001 by Jacqueline S. Allen, D.D.S., M.S. At that time, Dr. Allen purchased the specialty endodontic practice of Martin Goldman, D.D.S. Dr. Allen has been in the field of dentistry in the Phoenix area for over 25 years, and since 1999, has focused her practice exclusively on endodontics.

In May of 2007, Allen Endodontics acquired Phoenix Endodontic Associates, which was owned by Dr. Charles L. Siroky. Dr. Siroky has enjoyed a long and distinguished career as an endodontist in Phoenix. He worked in the new practice with Dr. Allen for two years until his retirement in June of 2009. Dr. Siroky had practiced dentistry in Phoenix for 47 years and plans to remain active with the International College of Dentists. We wish him well in his retirement.

In December of 2008 Dr. Allen purchased the endodontic specialty practice of Dr. Joseph S. Dovgan located in Paradise Valley, AZ. Dr. Dovgan had been in practice at this location for the past twenty years.  Recent health issues required Dr. Dovgan to sell his practice. Dr. Dovgan remains associated with The Allen Endodontic Group and will treat patients on a limited schedule.

We have two offices to serve our patients – one in Phoenix and the other in Paradise Valley. The offices are a mere 7 miles apart from each other and conveniently located. Both locations have newly-renovated reception areas - The space plan provides for a warm, cozy environment for patients to relax prior to treatment.  In addition, we have state-of-the-art patient chairs and endodontic delivery and sterilization equipment.  

The Allen Endodontic Group emphasizes quality patient care as well as tracking the latest innovations and research in the field of endodontics. As a result of our approach to endodontic therapy, the practice enjoys a high success rate among patients that undergo treatment.
